General Terms & Conditions of Sale
Introduction and legal notice
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales concluded on the Integrity Biopharma website, operated by Integrity Biopharma, based in the United States. Any order placed on the site implies full, complete and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. Contact: integritybiopharma@gmail.com.
Article 1: Purpose and scope
These Terms define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale, by Integrity Biopharma, of peptides and compounds intended exclusively for laboratory research. They apply to any order placed on the site, to the exclusion of any other conditions.
Article 2: Health warning and strict use
All products are sold exclusively for scientific research purposes and are neither medicines, nor dietary supplements, nor cosmetics. They are in no way intended for human or animal consumption, nor for any therapeutic, diagnostic or food use. By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges that they are acting as a professional or qualified researcher and assumes full responsibility for the handling, storage and use of the products.
Article 3: Buyer status and legal capacity
The Buyer declares that they are of legal age (18 years or older), have full legal capacity to contract, and are purchasing the products strictly within a professional or research context. Integrity Biopharma reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that does not meet these conditions.
Article 4: Prices and payment terms
Prices are stated in US dollars ($). Integrity Biopharma reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the rate in force at the time the order is placed. The order is only final once payment has been received in full.
Article 5: Delivery, customs and transfer of risk
Shipping costs are included in the displayed price, unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are indicative. The Buyer is solely responsible for complying with the import regulations of their country; any customs duties and taxes are borne by the Buyer. The transfer of risk takes place when the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
Article 6: Exception to the right of withdrawal and returns
Due to the nature of the products — research substances whose integrity cannot be guaranteed after shipment — and in accordance with the legal exceptions, the right of withdrawal does not apply. No returns are accepted once the order has been shipped, except in the event of an error on our part or a product damaged on receipt.
Article 7: Limitation of liability and indemnification
Integrity Biopharma cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from improper use of the products, in particular human, animal, therapeutic or food use. The Buyer undertakes to defend and indemnify Integrity Biopharma against any claim relating to such use.
Article 8: Force majeure
Integrity Biopharma shall not be held liable for any failure to perform due to an event of force majeure as defined by United States law (natural disaster, strike, carrier failure, government restrictions, etc.).
Article 9: Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States, failing prior amicable resolution.
