Shipping & Refund Policy
Introduction
This policy sets out the shipping, delivery, return and refund terms applicable to any order placed with Integrity Biopharma, based in the United States.
Part 1: Shipping & Delivery Policy
Order processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours after payment is confirmed. Every shipment is sent in discreet, carefully prepared packaging to preserve the confidentiality and integrity of the products.
Delivery times and costs
Shipping costs are included in the displayed product price. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are provided for indicative purposes only. Integrity Biopharma cannot be held responsible for any delay attributable to the carrier or to postal and customs services.
Customs and import responsibility
The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that their order complies with the import regulations in force in their destination country. Any customs duties, taxes and formalities are borne exclusively by the buyer. Integrity Biopharma cannot be held responsible for the blocking, seizure or destruction of a parcel by the customs authorities.
Part 2: Returns & Refund Policy
No right of withdrawal or return
Given the nature of the products — substances intended for research whose integrity cannot be guaranteed after shipment — no returns are accepted and the right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with the exceptions provided for by regulation.
Exceptional refund conditions
A refund or reshipment may be granted on an exceptional basis in the following cases: a shipping error on our part, a product damaged on receipt, or a parcel not delivered. Any claim must be sent to us within 48 hours of receipt (or the estimated delivery date), together with supporting photographs, at integritybiopharma@gmail.com.
Handling of disputes
We undertake to review every claim in good faith and to seek an amicable solution as quickly as possible. Failing an amicable agreement, any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
